Description
This village is perched on a cliff with a magnificent panorama over the Rhone Valley.
The gothic style church, Notre-Dame de l'Assomption, was built during the 15th century. Visitors can admire the old communal village oven, still used for cooking bread during village celebvrations. the communal laundry pool built in 1840, the old town hall with its campanile, the Tower of the Mascs built in 1291 ordered by King Philip the Fair, the castle of the painter Louis Montagné where the famous writer and politician Armand de Pontmartin lived.
