Description

Suggested menu: filet of red mullet with tapenade crust on a bed of ratatouille, parmesan tuile. Medallions of monkfish roasted with bacon, creamy risotto with porcini mushrooms and shellfish sauce. Canon of lamb with spices, counted apricots and prunes with nuts. Pyramid coffee and whiskey cream, ice coffee.
