TOUR GUIDE SERVICE
TOUR CONFIRMATION AND CONDITIONS
All confirmation must be received in writing at least 10 days before the scheduled date.
All firm bookings must be accompanied by a deposit check in the amount of 25% of the total amount of the services. All additional hours will be invoiced separately and payable at reception of the invoice.
The tour time stated on the order must be complied with.
In the event of extension, and based on guide availability, the amount of 33 Euros will be invoiced for each additional hour.
One tour guide can work with a maximum of 40 persons. A second guide is required for groups exceeding 40 persons. For day-long outings, the guides lunch is at the expense of the group, or covered by a 16-Euro fee charged for the meal.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Prices are valid through 31 Dec. 2011
Prices do not include entrance fees to the monuments or transportation.
Entrances fees to the monuments must be paid at each monument.
The balance of the tour guide price must be paid at the latest on the day of the tour. Checks must be made out to "Trésor Public".
For payments from outside of the European Union, a fee of 30 Euros will be invoiced to cover banking costs.

MEETING PLACE
The normal meeting place is at the Tourism Office, Place Charles David. Other meeting places can be agreed ahead of time and in writing. In the event that the guide must travel or is not returned to the Tourism Office, his/her travel expenses are at the groups expense at a cost of 0.33 euros per kilometre.
CANCELLATION CONDITION
Cancellation must be stated in writing (fax or mail).
Tours cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date are due in full. In the event of no-show of the group, the entire scheduled service is invoiced.
